How to Consign with Belly Bundles 1. Items for consignment should be in good condition. We ask that items be cleaned and pressed. Our goal is to provide high quality items for our customers which are the basis for our selection guidelines. Therefore, we cannot accept items with stains, tears, or odors. As of January 1, 2009 we will also not be accepting items that may be of $10 or less in value. Belly Bundles reserves the right to select only those items which we feel we can sell. Belly Bundles will set prices for all items consigned. You will be required to complete the item description list, retaining one copy for your records and one for Belly Bundles. Please click here to view. 2. There will be a one time consignor's fee of $10 payable at time of consignment. (This excludes retailers). Checks can be made payable to Belly Bundles. 3. You will receive 50% of the actual selling price for all items sold. Checks will be issued monthly on or after the 15th. 4. Consigned items will be displayed on our website for a 90 day period. We reserve the right to markdown your items at any time during the consignment period for special sales or promotions. 5. If after 90 days your items have not sold, you will be responsible for letting us know what you would like Belly Bundles to do with any unselected items (i.e., donate, sent back at your expense, or picked up). Within 7 days after the agreement period ends, if Belly Bundles has not heard from the consignor, we reserve the right to re-list or donate any items. 6. Belly Bundles will strive to provide a safe and secure system for the care and sale of your items. However, it is understood that no system is perfect. We assume no responsibility for loss or damage to merchandise by fire, theft, accident, or any other cause whatsoever. 7. Belly Bundles currently has drop-off locations for consignors in Birmingham, AL; Charlottesville, VA; Richmond, VA; Charleston, WV and Raleigh, NC.
